How it works

Step 1

Add 1 to 2 scoops of matcha powder to the bowl, then sift to remove lumps.

Step 2

Pour 60-80 ml of hot water (around 80°C) then whisk vigorously with the chasen until a light and uniform foam is obtained.

Step 3

Enjoy your traditional matcha or add milk to make a matcha latte.
